You also have views of the mountains. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Events are not allowed on the property. Please respect the quiet of other residents in the building. You are kindly asked to water the outdoor plants, especially during hot weather, and to be careful with the parasol in case of mistral winds. The studio is situated between Abbaye Saint Victor and Les Catalans, 5 minutes on foot from the beach and 15 minutes on foot from the Vieux Port and the city center. Public transportation is accessible just 20 m from the building entrance, and all shops are nearby.
